May 3, 1998; Slinger, WI - Slinger Super Speedway had to cancel racing planned for Sunday night, May 3, due to inclement weather. The track will open their 1998 season points battle next Sunday evening as Leroy Meats of Horicon presents the Mother’s Day Special. Fans can pick up a $2.00 adult discount admission coupon at Leroy Meats of Horicon and Mom’s with kids can save an additional dollar at the track in celebration of Mother’s Day. The night will be highlighted by a 65 lap late model feature, along with a full night of support division racing.
